Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us before arranging your return so our team can confirm whether the item is eligible.

For orders delivered by us, customers are normally responsible for returning the goods to our store. Alternatively, we may be able to collect unwanted items for an additional collection charge, depending on your location and availability.

All returned goods are subject to inspection and a quality check before a refund is approved. Items should be returned unused, in a resalable condition and, where applicable, with their original packaging. A reasonable handling/restocking charge may apply where legally permitted.

Returns may be refused where permitted by law, including where goods have been damaged after delivery, used, fitted, cut, altered, made to specification, or otherwise cannot be resold. Proof of purchase may also be required to process a return.
